This fine aroma fair trade Nacional organic ceremonial cacao has been carefully fermented to deliver an earthy deep flavor profile. The Nacional cacao bean profiles can consist of a variety of influences from the Criollo, Forastero, and Trinitatario cacao trees. This cacao is grown by small family famers in the Esmeraldas region of Ecuador.
